 My Class

Oops ive forgot bout my class. I took up a 3 mths (12 sessions) class @ Amore. But so far ive only attended Yoga intro, Yoga beginer & Cardio Latino. Yoga is more 4 relaxation, stretching & flexability whereas Cardio Latino is more one Aerobics in Cha Cha Rythm.... Both are fun though... well is ,my cup of soup... hehe
